This home was built in 1957.  The current owner purchased the home in 1977. No major renovations have been done in 49 years. Ceramic tile was installed in the bathroom, on the walls and floor.  12" x 12" ceramic tiles were install in the laundry area on the floor. The same 12" x 12" ceramic tiles were also used on the kitchen floor.  The kitchen counter tops were created using 4" x 4" ceramic tiles.  In 2026 we renovated these area and the ceramic is now a thing of the past. 

Bathroom - Before 1 1 – This the ceramic tile back wall of the tub shower surround 2 – 1” thick concrete, reinforced with wire mess was used when this tile was installed. (Today ½” backer board is used) 3 – All the tile will be removed

Bathroom:- - Before 2 1 – The same ceramic tile used on the walls was also used on the floor 2 – The same base concrete base used on the wall also used on the floor 3 – All the floor tile and wall tile will be removed

Kitchen - After 11 1 – The awning and upper curtain has been removed 2 – Light now floods the room
