This property was built in 1941. It was remodeled in 2010. The property had been rented for 12 years. Many problems began to arise.  When the last tenant's lease expired, we remodeled the home again. This time was different. Things were done correctly.

Not only were thing done correctly, but the layout of the bathroom and kitchen changed

1 – The bathroom was expanded by one foot and the bathroom door was increased to 36”

2 – Chimney was removed, creating a new kitchen layout

3 – Electrical service was increased to 200 amp

4 – Central heat and air were installed

5 – All galvanized pipes were changed to CPVC and PVC

6 – 5’ Tub was changed to 5’ Shower
