The home was built in the late 70’s. The only change in the kitchen is laminate floors were installed. The tub surround had been changed. Several other minor changes had been done, mainly painting when the home was sold in 2021. It is now time to bring the bathroom and kitchen into the 21st Century.

How did we do it?

1 - White shaker cabinets were installed in the kitchen and bathroom.

2 - Both areas were painted 

3 - All the stained trim was removed

4 - Luxury vinyl floors were installed in the kitchen

5 - Countertops is both area were changed

6 - Lighting was changed in both areas

7 - The most important thing is the kitchen now has a garbage disposal
