Kloke’s Kitchen Remodel
This home was built in 1965. Dark stained cabinets, trim and doors were the trend in the 60’s and 70’s. Earth tones wall paint colors were also very popular during this time.
We brought the kitchen into the 21st Century
1 - The stained cabinets are now white
2 - The red brick wall is also white
3 - The floors were changed and the wall were painted a light gray
4 - Now the light matches the new appliances
5 - The area over the cooktop was the biggest change
Before – 1 A – Brick accent wall will be painted B – Standard range hood, previously removed, will be changed C – Base cabinet will be removed D – Wall oven is in the brick wall (Can only see the edge of the oven)
Before – 2 A – The stainless steel countertop will be removed B – Blue back splash will be removed C – Wall cabinet will be removed D – Gas cooktop is new and will not be changed
After-13 A – New modern LED ceiling light fixture was installed B – The medal finish on the light fixture match the finish on the appliances
Before – 1 A – Brick accent wall will be painted B – Standard range hood, previously removed, will be changed C – Base cabinet will be removed D – Wall oven is in the brick wall (Can only see the edge of the oven)
