The home was built in 1973.  The bathroom had the 70’s style and look.  We bought the bathroom into the year 2023.  There was major water damage to go with the 70’s look.

1 – The vinyl floor will be removed down to the joists 2 – There water damaged will be corrected 3 – The floor HVAC vent will be changed 4 – The metal threshold will be removed 5 – All the baseboard and shoe moulding will be replaced

1 – The damaged vanity was removed 2 – The counter top and faucet will be changed 3 – The toilet paper holder will be relocated 4 – The water supply cut-off valves were changed (Not pictured)

1 – Ceramic threshold was installed 2 – New white floor vent wall installed 3 – The area rub and shower curtain will be changed by the customer
