This home was built in 1993.  When the person moved in, she was in her late 30’s.  Now she in her late 60’s.  The bathroom does not work for her anymore.  The bathroom also has some water damage.  The utility area, also, has major water damage under the HVAC unit.

What we had to do:

1 – Repair all the water damage in the bathroom floor

2 – Change the tub to a shower and remodel the bathroom

3 – Repair the water damage in the utility area install a new vinyl floor in the utility area
