Gilliam’s Flooring
This home was built in 1957. Like many homes built in Rural America during this time, they were built very close to the ground. As a result, many homes have major termite damage. This home had termite damage. There were no active termites and some repair had been done.
What we did:
1 – All the carpet and vinyl floors were removed, excluding the bathroom
1 – The back bedroom floor joist were supported and the floor were leveled
2 – Plywood installed on the floors of the entire front of the home
3 – Plywood installed in the entire front of the house and kitchen
4 – Installed Luxury Vinyl Floor in the entire home, excluding the bathroom

Gilliam Flooring - After 7 A – Kitchen B – Joists jacked up and supported under the water heater area C – Plywood was installed on the entire floor D – Luxury vinyl flooring was installed E – Baseboard and quarter round were installed F – Nail holes were filled G – Baseboard and quarter round were painted H – Threshold was installed between the kitchen and hallway I – Cabinet & range re-installed
