Abandoned Home Remodeled with Addition
This house was abandoned for 10+ years. It was discovered, at the beginning of the remodel, there had been 2 fires in the house. The fires created 2 holes in the roof. Thus, the rain created major water damage.
What was done?
1 – The original house was completed gutted
2 – Added a master bedroom suite addition
3 – Converted the existing bathroom to a handicap accessible bathroom
4 – Electrical service was up-graded to 200 amp
5 – Changed all the electrical wiring
6 – Changed all the plumbing pipe
7 – Installed central heat and air
8 – Installed replacement windows the original house
9 – Engineered wood floors installed throughout
10 –Front and rear entry doors were replaced
