Add a Bath
What did we do?
1 – Added a bathroom on the 2nd floor
2 – Remodeled the existing bathroom
3 – Expanded the kitchen
4 – Added laundry area
5 – Added central heat and air conditioning
6 – Re-configured the stairs
7 – Remodeled the front and rear porches
8 – Installed new roof and new gutters
9 – Painted the exterior white and added new shutters
10 – Installed new replacement windows
11 – Installed new front and rear entry and storm doors
12 – Up-graded the electrical service to 200 amp
13 – Re-plumbed the entire house

Add A Bath - After 22 A - The front porch was remodeled with composite decking, vinyl railing and vinyl columns B - New shutters gave it great curve appeal C - The aluminum siding has been painted white D - The foundation is now white E - New self opening and closing foundation vents were installed F - A new roof and gutters were installed G - New house numbers, mail box and storm door were installed F - Concrete driveway, sidewalk and chain link fence were also installed
